Authorized recovery policy
EX4 to MQ4 Decompiler accepts recovery work only for customers who can prove ownership or authorization. This policy is part of the service, not a footnote.
Accepted recovery requests
- You created the MQL4 project and lost the MQ4 source.
- Your company owns the Expert Advisor, indicator, or script.
- You have written authorization from the rights holder.
- You need a feasibility review before any file exchange.
Rejected requests
- Third-party commercial products without authorization.
- Requests to remove licensing, account locks, or access restrictions.
- Attempts to clone another developer's trading system.
- Cases where ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
Confidentiality
Project details, trading logic, files, and recovery findings are treated as confidential. An NDA can be agreed before files are exchanged or technical analysis begins.
No guaranteed outcome
Exact MQ4 reconstruction cannot be guaranteed. Recovery depends on file condition, build context, available supporting material, and legal scope. The first step is always a feasibility review.
