How verified client reviews are handled
EX4 to MQ4 recovery often involves confidential trading logic, ownership proof, and private project files. Public reviews are therefore published only when a client explicitly approves the review text and any identifying details.
When reviews can be published
- The recovery case is completed or formally closed.
- The reviewer confirms they are allowed to publish feedback.
- No private strategy logic, source code, account data, or ownership documents are exposed.
- The review text is visible on the page before any review structured data is added.
When review schema is added
Review structured data is added only for genuine visible reviews. Each marked-up review needs a reviewer name or approved label, review text, rating, date, and the reviewed service. Aggregate ratings are added only after enough real approved reviews exist to support an honest average.
What is not allowed
- Invented customer quotes.
- Star ratings without a real visible review.
- Review markup for placeholder cards.
- Claims that Google or any search engine will definitely show review stars.
